Changes to Enrollment:

• Clients may change the dates and type of course until 4 weeks before the course starts, subject to availability. Changes must be made in writing.

Cancellation Fees:

• If cancellation is communicated up to 30 days before the course starts, a €100 cancellation fee will apply, with the remainder refunded.
• If cancellation is communicated less than 30 days before the course starts, the cancellation fee increases to €200.

Student Visa Applicants:

• Full payment is required before issuance of the letter needed for the consulate.
• No refunds are available after this point unless the visa application is unsuccessful. In such cases, a full refund minus a €200 processing fee will be provided upon presentation of satisfactory evidence.

Non-Attendance and Early Departure:

• If a student fails to appear at the start of the course without proper cancellation, or decides to leave before completing the course, they are required to pay the full fees for both the course and accommodation.

Cancellation of Individual Lessons:

• Individual lessons must be canceled or postponed at least 24 hours in advance by email ([email protected]).

For Residents of the EU/EEA and Switzerland

• No visa required to study in Spain.

For Non-EU/EEA and Swiss Citizens

• Less than 90 days: Schengen visa required.
• More than 90 days: National Student Visa (Visado de Estudiante) required.
