At Lince Spanish School you get a unique opportunity to be completely immersed in the language and culture of the beautiful Basque Country. The school is located in the historic city of Bilbao. Surrounded by pintxos bars and famous spots such as the world-famous Guggenheim Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts, all less than a 10-minute walk away.

Inside the building you will find colorful local shops that are hiply decorated. Through the large windows you look out onto the busy street outside. It is nice and relaxed here. Because our classes are not large, you will receive a lot of personal attention from the qualified teachers. During the lessons we encourage you to participate interactively. I took several days of instruction with Diana and had a great time. She was a very patient teacher and explained complicated grammar points very succinctly. There was a good mix of working from the book and just having conversations. I also feel like she was able to assess where I needed extra help so we spend one day reviewing things I already know but have trouble with before moving on to new material.

I also feel like she was able to assess where I needed extra help so we spend one day reviewing things I already know but have trouble with before moving on to new material.

She also gave me great advice on things to do in Bilbao, and where to eat. During class breaks another student and myself joined the teachers for coffees and tortillas, which was amazing.

I would highly recommend this school, and would love to come back to study for much longer.

I really enjoyed my week of immersive Spanish class at LINCE! Ira was very patient, easy to understand and made the conversations fun. I felt comfortable trying to speak and express myself. It was a real pleasure for me to attend classes with Ira. They were funny because Ira is a really nice person and a good teacher. :) I was in Bilbao for two and a half months and I enjoyed every Spanish lesson, I took something from each lesson that I could use in everyday life. The groups at this school are small, so you have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and especially to talk as much as you want. The environment is... It was a real pleasure for me to attend classes with Ira. They were funny because Ira is a really nice person and a good teacher. :) I was in Bilbao for two and a half months and I enjoyed every Spanish lesson, I took something from each lesson that I could use in everyday life. The groups at this school are small, so you have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and especially to talk as much as you want. The environment is friendly and the school is centrally located. The best language school to learn Spanish, for sure! You notice a lot of improvement already in a few weeks because of the variety of excercises in class. I took the intensive course for five months and I enjoyed every class, now I can speak Spanish pretty well and definitely understand (almost) everything. They use the best kind of books per level so you'll know what you're working towards. Another thing is that all the teachers are... The best language school to learn Spanish, for sure! You notice a lot of improvement already in a few weeks because of the variety of excercises in class. I took the intensive course for five months and I enjoyed every class, now I can speak Spanish pretty well and definitely understand (almost) everything. They use the best kind of books per level so you'll know what you're working towards. I really enjoyed my Spanish class at Lince! The class was small with lots of opportunity to speak and share ideas. The teacher was excellent - encouraging, clear, patient, fun, and interesting. She was very attentive to each of us. The experience really helped my confidence. Also the topics we covered were very useful and relevant to everyday life. I wish I could have studied there for more time. I really enjoyed my Spanish class at Lince! The class was small with lots of opportunity to speak and share ideas.
