Large sized school
A typical Nice residential area, with elegant Belle Epoque buildings and French balconies on which the green of the plants cheerfully contrasts with the cream-colored walls. Welcome to Rue Hérod, a graceful street in the old center of Nice where language school Azurlingua is located. With a 10 minutes walk from here you reach the beach and within a few minutes in you’ll reach restaurants and cafes that the city is rich. The school has a beautiful spacious courtyard, with tropical plants and a cosily terrace: an ideal place for students who want to enjoy the sun in between lessons. The school also has its own cafeteria and lounge. Azurlingua offers high-quality education accredited by Quality FLE and personal attention for the students is something the teachers have high on the list.

I had a very successful wonderful experience at the Azurlingua French School. The teachers are excellent, the program is well-designed, and the curriculum is very interesting and enjoyable. All the staff not only met all of my academic needs, but made me feel comfortable and at home. I had two teachers who really understood how to keep the class dynamic. From the first morning of testing - to the daily courses it was super professional. The course with Oliver in the morning was excellent. Lots of vocabulary, lots of speaking and practicing on contemporary topics, lots of emissions from RFI to better understand how people actually speak and French culture. The afternoon course with Nicholas was to enhance skills by playing games to strengthen vocabulary, and developing presentations. This course was by far the most comprehensive course that I have taken in France. Highly recommend!

He found his tutor brilliant, he enjoyed going to Azurlingua each morning for the 5 days, he said it was loads better than learning French at school. He said it was very difficult, because the entire lesson was in French - if you didn't understand you had to say in French you didn't understand, and then it was explained again in French. Even just going for 1 week has given my son motivation and confidence to try in this subject.

It is a good school for learning French as a foreign language. I travelled to Nice during my vacation specifically to work on my French and to practice with French people. I spent at AzurLingua 2 weeks having classes 5 days a week, and it gave me a great push to improve my speaking skills. I am very happy I found them in a casual Google search!
