A wonderful place! The city, the school, the community, my friends!!!
I was 17 years old girl, traveling alone for the first time!
I made really good friends in the process, I grew up a lot, I’m really proud and grateful for all the support, opportunities and encouragement that I received at my time in NCG. Manchester is a very interesting destination to visit and learn English. NCG school had a good atmosphere and excellent teachers, both as professionals and as human beings. The manager, Alba, makes everything work smoothly. It’s a highly recommendable experience that I will remember forever and that has allowed me to notably improve my fluency and skills in English in a short time, and to meet new and interesting people and friends... I’m a host for NCG and my experience has been fantastic. Carleton is very supportive and helps it all go smoothly. Can’t fault the communication and all my students have been absolutely fantastic. It’s all made very clear and they are absolute professionals. My students love the college and seem to be progressing well in learning English. 5 stars from us !! It's been a wonderful experience from all point of view. I had the pleasure to meet a lot beautiful people, friends from every corner of the world.
Mark Ross is a very good teacher and person.
I'd like also to mention two girls of the staff, Alba and Naomi. They are always ready to help students for everything.

My experience here was very enjoyable and successful in all respects, because when I arrived, I only knew a very small part of the English language, then I started with teacher Amal and it was the best beginning, because she is a very respectful teacher and deals with all friendliness and respect with everyone and I have benefited from her fully and developed significantly, I am very happy because I studied then for 6 months and it... Great school, incredible teachers and staff. The building is very close to the city center. Everything is at hand and one important aspect is that they offer flexibility, you can pay the courses weekly and they'll find an accomodation for you. No complaints at all. Now I can say that I have made a great choice, from the staff to the professors NCG is a high-level school. I arrived that I didn't know how to say a sentence, I'm leaving after three months having supported and passed a job interview in a language. The location is perfect because it is central and in the surroundings you can buy everything with ease. Well, what I really want to say is, I have got great times, also the teachers, and the employees there Ishaq, Alba, Aml, Kat, and Yousf they're wonderful people, I improved my language, just in 4 months.

I started from beginner to pre-Intermediate, actually I worked hard, but also I must say thanks to my teachers, especially teacher Aml.

There is also another tip I have to say, which is if you really want to... Well, what I really want to say is, I have got great times, also the teachers, and the employees there Ishaq, Alba, Aml, Kat, and Yousf they're wonderful people, I improved my language, just in 4 months.

I have studied in June and July .

the NCG is quite good , but , there is some important things you have to think about it .

1- there are a lot of Arabic student .

2- the level test is not fair .

3- they said “ you can change your level easy “ but in fact you can’t .

Could anyone give me the contact details of the manager of the NCG please? I asked for a refund of my deposit since 4 months and they keep delaying me. First: At the beginning, they take your money, and then they don't help you if you have any problems at the institute or with the accommodation. If you need something, you have to repeat yourself many times to get it. She changes the schedule based on her mood, not according to your level and circumstances.

I hope they reconsider the institute manager because all the students, administrators, and teachers complain about her.

Third: All the classes are crowded, making it hard to focus on the lessons or participate.

Most students have left the institute due to their poor treatment of students and lack of cooperation.

I wanted to continue studying the language at this institute, but the situation is unbearable. The
institute only cares about money.
